Purchasing Clerk

If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks on site:

• Checking, account assignment and processing of all invoices in the Supply Chain Management area as well as maintenance of the associated orders in SAP
• Processing invoices from loan orders and clarifying discrepancies with specialist departments and suppliers
• Responsibility for the WERE account as part of the monthly closings
• Maintenance and recording of article master data in the ERP system (SAP)
• Close cooperation with logistics, purchasing and accounting as well as other internal interfaces
• General administrative tasks in purchasing

This is how you convince us:

• Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing or accounts payable
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP (SAP-MM) and accounts payable workflow
• Reliable, careful and resilient personality with good process thinking and structured working method
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team complete your profile
