Your tasks:

• Technical advice and support for our customers as well as the sales department regarding questions about products, applications and coating systems
• Processing and handling of technical complaints and claims
• Conducting root cause analyses and technical investigations in case of damage
• Preparation of object-related construction recommendations and technical statements
• Conducting object and site inspections
• Conducting product training and technical instructions for customers and employees
• Collaboration on technical data sheets, processing recommendations and technical documentation
• Documentation of complaints, technical investigations and customer enquiries
• Support of application technology
• Technical support for Western Switzerland in cooperation with sales

Our expectations of you:

• Completed training as a painter EFZ with further training as a foreman, site manager, project manager or master painter
• Several years of practical experience in the processing and assessment of paints, varnishes and coating systems
• Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Enjoyment in customer contact as well as solution-oriented handling of technical issues
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good French skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B
