Spitex - Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH for Case Management

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the elderly and health centres Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a development-oriented reinforcement by arrangement.

Your new tasks

• Assessment and case management in complex nursing situations
• Taking over complex care as well as guidance and delegation
• Service recording and nursing documentation using Nexus and RAI-HC
• Management and design of nursing processes
• Active participation in the redesign of processes and standards
• Induction of new employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Strong in assessment with RAI-HC and in case management in Spitex
• Good organisational and delegating skills
• High degree of independence and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German as well as IT skills
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
