These are your tasks
- You accompany people in the Sarganserland, Werdenberg to Chur area on their way to important decisions regarding their property – with expertise, empathy, and a focus on the essentials.
- Preparation of sales dossiers
- Implementation of marketing measures
- Viewings with interested buyers
- Handling sales (pre-contracts, real estate capital gains tax, etc.)
- Maintaining reports and lists of interested parties
- Contact with clients, interested buyers, architects, and authorities
What you bring with you
- You fit with us if you think solution-oriented, act reliably, and meet people with genuine interest – with the aim of achieving goals together.
- Experience in real estate sales/marketing (professional certificate in real estate is an advantage)
- Winning, communicative personality with confident appearance
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Solution-oriented action and structured working method
- Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
- Very good German skills (additional languages are an advantage)
