You will work with our various identity types, develop innovative solutions, and actively contribute to establishing AXA’s Identity and Access Management as a modern, technically proficient service provider. You will confidently navigate between development, maintenance, automation, and security requirements, helping to make complex systems simple and efficient to use. In the Data, Technology & Innovation division, around 600 software and system developers work across Switzerland to develop tomorrow’s technology in-house. What to expect You will operate and further develop our Identity Governance platform (IdentityIQ by SailPoint) and implement technical solutions with Java, React, and SQL Automated connection of new target systems and their efficient, scalable integration into our IAM landscape Responsibility for the technical implementation and further development of IAM processes such as access revalidations You ensure the availability and continuous improvement of our integrated self-services and drive the automation of operational processes You actively shape the future of our IAM ecosystem, contribute your ideas, and develop them with an entrepreneurial mindset What you bring Solid programming skills in Java, React, and SQL as well as experience in building and further developing CI/CD pipelines Your strong interest in artificial intelligence topics rounds off your profile You think end-to-end, work according to agile principles, and take responsibility for your topics from idea to productive operation You communicate openly, give constructive feedback, and use it for your own development.
