• Organisation and preparation of the outpatient urology consultation
• Assistance during the consultation as well as support with urological assessments and interventions
• Handling the telephone and providing information to internal and external parties
• Performing blood draws and ensuring the pre-analytical processing of urine samples
• Recording services according to TarDoc
• Management and maintenance of electronic patient records, including recording and updating patient data as well as case closures
• Taking on deputising duties during absences within the team
• Carrying out and organising the ordering system

• Completed training as a nurse with a flair for administrative tasks or training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
• Strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility
• Strong service orientation
