About the job

In the nephrology outpatient clinic, you accompany patients through their appointment and, together with the team, ensure a smooth process. You specifically apply your expertise, independence, and service orientation. The position is available from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- You welcome and care for patients and are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns.
- You organise and coordinate consultations and take on administrative tasks.
- You perform venous blood draws and assist with medication therapies.
- You process 24-hour urine collections and undertake further diagnostic and organisational activities.
- You work closely with the medical team and ensure a smooth operation in the outpatient clinic.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained experience in an outpatient clinic or a practice.
- You work independently, reliably, and maintain an overview even in a busy environment.
- You gladly take on responsibility and work committedly in a team.
- You approach patients in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- You are proficient in using common IT applications.
