Sales Advisor Internal Sales Construction (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Competent advice and support for our construction customers
• Creation and follow-up of individual offers and orders
• Professional handling of tenders in civil engineering
• Professional complaint management
• Careful order and master data maintenance
• Active participation in processes and digital solutions

Your Profile

• Training in the commercial sector
• Experience in internal sales or customer service
• Practical knowledge from the main or secondary construction trade
• Trainer course advantageous but not mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Team player with initiative and foresight
