Your tasks
- Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of a team of up to 6 employees
- Ensuring smooth daily operations for our customers in the window logistics sector
- Active participation in handling, loading and general logistics activities
- Supporting the team in daily operational business
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations
- Carrying out minor administrative tasks and reporting
- Contributing to the optimisation of processes and workflows
Your profile
- Several years of experience in logistics, ideally with leadership experience
- Good MS Office skills, SAP an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively get involved
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Organisational talent and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
- Weather resistance, as part of the activity takes place outdoors
- Awareness of quality, hygiene and occupational safety
