What you achieve

In our protected living area for people with dementia or in an open living area, you will take on the following tasks:

Professional and individual care and support of the residents
Careful and complete management of care documentation
Support of the registered nurses in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures while adhering to the criteria of the nursing process
Regular assumption of daily responsibility

What distinguishes you

Completed vocational training as FaGe EFZ or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
Experience in long-term care and dealing with elderly people
User knowledge of the CareCoach software (care documentation) is an advantage
Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Very good written and spoken German skills
