To support our growth, we want to strengthen our teams and are looking for our Sonceboz site for a:
CNC Milling Operator - M/F
Attached to the plastic injection department specialized in the mass production of small precision plastic parts, you will join the mold and prototype construction workshop, as well as the production of spare parts and electrodes. Under the direct responsibility of the Workshop Supervisor, your main tasks will be:
· Manufacturing of high precision molds
· Manufacturing of electrodes intended for the stamping department
· Manufacturing of spare parts
· Creating milling programs using CAM software
· Modifying 3D models to define machining areas
· Self-inspection of produced parts
· Improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes
· Management and supply of cutting tools
· Close collaboration with various stakeholders in the new mold manufacturing service
You master machining processes in 3 and 5-axis milling as well as in HSC, with regular practice of tolerances around ± 0.005 mm.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in precision mold mechanics.
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or an equivalent qualification. You master 3 and 5-axis milling as well as HSC milling. You have good autonomy with CAM software and control equipment. Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit are integral parts of your values.
Additional knowledge:
Mastery of Gibbscam and SolidWorks is an asset. Skills in wire EDM and stamping, as well as mold fitting, would also be appreciated.
