Would you like to take on responsibility and develop further both on the road and in dispatch? Are you familiar with construction site traffic or motivated to quickly learn skip transport? Additionally, do you appreciate a varied working day where no two days are the same? Then you are a good fit for us.

For our skip department, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual. Besides your assignments as a driver, you will take on the role of second skip dispatcher as needed and support the main dispatcher in planning and coordinating daily transports.

We seek a dynamic, flexible, and open-minded person with a fresh way of thinking and enjoyment of a varied working day. Having a permanently assigned vehicle is not a must for you. Rather, you enjoy driving different Welaki and hook vehicles and adapt flexibly to changing assignments, routes, and requirements.

• Driving and operating Welaki and hook vehicles
• Safe and punctual transport of skips and recyclable materials
• Loading and unloading as well as proper securing of the load
• Flexible assignments with different vehicle types
• Support and relief in dispatch during holidays, absences, or staff shortages
• Assistance in coordinating and planning vehicles, orders, and routes
• Coordination with drivers, customers, and internal contacts
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of vehicles as well as minor upkeep tasks

• Driving licence Cat. C including valid CZV certificate
• Experience in construction site traffic, ideally with Welaki and hook vehicles
• Interest in dispatch, digital tools, and additional responsibility
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
• Enjoyment of an active working day and changing assignments
• Good geographical knowledge of the region is an advantage
