Your tasks with us:

• You ensure the smooth daily operation of the theatre as the central interface between surgeons, anaesthetists, and practice staff
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of operating days
• You care for patients before, during, and after surgery
• You assist the specialists during procedures
• You work according to defined processes and help to continuously improve them

What you bring:

• You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant or in other medical professions) and have a strong interest in ophthalmology
• Ideally, you have work experience in operating theatre operations or the willingness to be trained internally
• You use stressful situations to keep an overview and set priorities
• You speak and write German very well; additional language skills are an advantage
• You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
