The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault&Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as Head Concierge or Assistant Head Concierge in luxury hospitality, preferably seasonal hotels
- Experience in a 5-star or 5-star superior hotel; knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World standards (LHW) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a great plus
- Distinctive host personality with a strong service and customer orientation and genuine passion for excellent guest experiences
- Organisational talent with the ability to prioritise and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
- Leadership skills, team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Responsible, reliable and flexible personality with a structured and independent working style
- Discreet, confident and professional appearance combined with excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Strong communication skills, high social competence and a keen sense for the individual wishes of international guests
- Resilient and solution-oriented personality
📄 YOUR TASKS
- Professional and operational leadership as well as further development of a concierge team with up to nine employees
- Overall responsibility for the organisation and smooth operation of the concierge lounge as well as the chauffeur and luggage services
- Personal care of our international guests before, during and after their stay – from exclusive restaurant, event and ticket reservations to individual travel planning
- Building and maintaining a first-class network of regional partners to offer our guests unique and customised experiences
- Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of ski depots in close cooperation with our partner Gisler Sport
- Competent advice to our guests on regional activities, events and excursion opportunities as well as ensuring professional and personal guest communication
- Coordination of all arrival and departure processes, including chauffeur team, valet parking, hotel parking, guest and hotel vehicles
- Coordination of guests with the hotel’s own mountain railway Tschuggen Express
- Ensuring excellent guest service according to the standards of Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) and continuous optimisation of the guest journey
- Close cooperation with front office, guest relations, housekeeping and other operational departments to ensure a first-class guest experience
- Responsibility for administrative tasks in the concierge area, including duty planning, quality controls, correspondence and continuous process optimisation
