We work in specialised teams: In the Memory Care Team, the focus is on supporting people with dementia and their relatives. Through specialisation, you benefit from a professional environment with specific knowledge, exchange of experience, and targeted support in this demanding field. In the Somatic Care Team, you care for clients with a wide variety of somatic conditions and benefit from a broad nursing spectrum. This allows you to apply your knowledge in many ways and experience varied situations daily.

• You accompany our clients in their familiar home environment and support them in organising their daily lives as independently as possible.
• You take on nursing and care tasks and build trusting relationships with clients and their relatives.
• You work independently while being part of a team that supports each other and exchanges professional knowledge.
• You coordinate closely with nursing professionals as well as other internal and external specialists and contribute to holistic care.
• You document your assignments digitally and ensure a professional flow of information.

• A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Enjoyment in working with people and in home care
• Desire for independent work and varied assignments
• Very good German language skills
• Openness, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Ideally, you are preferably mobile by e-bike and appreciate the independent mobility from client to client
