- Assist patients during admission and crisis situations with care.
Skills
- EFZ health specialist degree required, with experience in mental health.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong social competence and high sense of responsibility.

About the job
Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation and in the medical-technical field and their documentation
- Supporting the night shifts of the individual wards
- Advising, accompanying and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations and/or in case of insomnia
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediation and/or reception of these
- Independently performing administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of night work and willingness to provide support
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
