Team Leader Administration (80–100%)
The church district seven eight belongs to the Zurich church community and includes the church locations Balgrist, Fluntern, Hottingen and Neumünster. For the competent management of our Administration team, we are looking for a committed personality from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- You lead and coordinate the Administration team of the church district with around four employees and are willing to mentor a trainee
- You are responsible for the operational management of the Administration area of the church district and coordinate the internal interfaces
- You support and represent the operations manager in communication and administration matters
- You plan and lead various projects in the areas of service, IT, telephony and actively implement them
- You are a member of the church district's management team and actively shape the collaboration
- You work with different professional groups, pastors as well as the departments of the office of the Reformed Church Community of Zurich and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the public-law environment
- Skillfulness in service-oriented interaction with different stakeholders
- Experience in interface functions as well as project work
- Trainer or willingness to complete the course
- Independent, reliable and reflective leadership personality
- High digital affinity: MS Office, ERP software, Power BI, Canva
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as communicative abilities
