Your Contribution
- Processing customer inquiries and supporting users
- Analysis and documentation of tickets
- Creating knowledge articles
- Solving complex problems, technical support (2nd level) as well as assistance in 3rd level support
- Analysis and diagnosis (error reports, protocols, logs, etc.)
- Subproject management in the ICT sector
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed basic training in information technology, computer science or similar
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional or similar are an advantage
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience with Windows operating system and virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Experience in MS365, Azure and SharePoint is an advantage
- Basic understanding of network concepts
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Independent team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
