At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- empathetic and reference-oriented care and support of our residents
- important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
- taking over daily and house responsibility after training, depending on function
- participation in the supervision of apprentices, students and interns
Our requirements
- training as a certified nurse FH/HF, health specialist or equivalent
- openness to new things
- care experience and joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- willingness to complete the course "Re-entry into Nursing"
- very good oral and written German skills
- independent, flexible and proactive personality
