About the job
The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include residential long-term living areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the care organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.

- Professional care and support of our residents
- Design of the care process and participation in direct care
- After the induction period, taking over daily and house responsibility, depending on the role
- Active shaping and involvement in the training of apprentices, students, and interns
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, qualification as a health specialist EFZ or equivalent training
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Willingness to complete the "Re-entry into Nursing" course
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a high standard of quality
- Varied activity with scope for creativity in an open-minded team
