Your tasks
- Responsible care, support and advice for people of all ages in their familiar environment
- Co-creating an empathetic, humorous and reliable care culture
- Case management including conducting interRAI-HC assessments and managing the care process, not mandatory
Your profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, DN II or AKP
- Mental and physical resilience
- Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for innovation
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle advantageous
- Good IT user skills
