We develop, plan and realise residential construction projects. For our team in Nidau, we are looking for someone who enjoys thinking along, shaping and has a passion for building.

With us, you will experience how plans turn into finished apartments. You will work closely with the team and management. The tasks you take on will be tailored to your experience and strengths.

Your tasks

• Organisation and supervision of construction work on site.
• Collaboration with specialist planners and contractors as well as conducting construction meetings.
• Scheduling and monitoring costs and quality.
• Preparation of tenders and comparison of offers.
• Supervision of building inspections, handovers and defect rectification.
• Participation in planning and project management, depending on experience and interest.

Your profile

• Training or degree in architecture, site management or structural engineering. Draftsmen with a federal certificate of competence specialising in architecture and site management experience are also welcome.
• Experience in planning or site management and a good understanding of construction processes.
• Knowledge of Swiss building standards and regulations.
• Experience with MS Office and construction administration programmes; CAD skills are a plus.
• A reliable working style, enjoyment of exchange and willingness to learn new things.
