What to expect Independent processing from the invoice through debt collection to the loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance) Varied telephone and written customer contacts including individual solution finding in financial bottlenecks Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs and clarifications of special cases Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting as well as external bodies such as debt collection offices and courts What you bring Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training Excellent German and very good French skills (Italian skills an advantage) 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (advantageous) or 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service Reliable, resilient and open-minded personality Strong customer and service orientation Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills Committed team player with a good sense of humour Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterise you What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
