For our new boutique in Zurich, we are looking for employees (m/f) to strengthen our family. You will report to the boutique management.

We are seeking friendly and committed employees who share our passion for chocolate and enthusiastically contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Your tasks:

• Welcoming and advising our customers
• Selling our chocolate specialties
• Attractive product presentation and maintenance of the boutique atmosphere
• Supporting daily boutique operations
• Operating the cash register and assisting with administrative tasks
• Checking stock levels, assisting with orders and inventories
• Adhering to hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for high-quality products and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Neat, friendly, and professional appearance
• Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable working style
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Language skills: German / Swiss German (at least C1), English (at least B2); French and other languages are an advantage
