Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your experience and personality are the special something:

• Solid expertise in the commercial field, preferably reception
• Flexibility, commitment, and friendly-sympathetic appearance
• Strong communication skills
• German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs etc.
• Personal responsibility

These are your tasks:

• Welcoming guests and caring for them during their stay
• Guest check-in / check-out
• Room sales - sales-oriented telephone conversations
• Writing and designing menu cards, place cards, etc.
• Answering emails, guest correspondence
• Close cooperation with management, housekeeping, kitchen, service, and spa
• Timely and professional response to individual guest requests
