About the job

• Contact person for external enquiries (e.g. from business partners) as well as their coordination and triage
• Maintaining contact with companies, research groups, etc.
• Acquisition, project announcement and allocation of student projects
• Administration of project modules
• Responsibility for the Complesis platform (software for managing project work)
• Content management as well as continuous development of the process for managing student work and support in quality assurance
• Leadership and administration of the mentoring programme (including organisation of events)
• Responsibility for the Careers Service at the department (organising offers e.g. Company Corner, maintaining & further developing, assisting with university-wide events e.g. contact discussions)
• Coordination in cases of plagiarism
• Participation in department projects (e.g. practice-integrated bachelor’s degree (PiBS), PlagAware, portfolio database, personnel deployment planning tools)

• Commercial vocational training
• Professional experience (e.g. in the education sector) advantageous
• Very good communication skills, confident German as well as good English skills
• Ability to present effectively in front of people
• Sound PC skills (MS Office), experience with Evento advantageous
• Friendly and confident manner even in hectic times
• Resilient and flexible personality with a high awareness of quality, commitment and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity that requires a lot of independence
