Technical Janitor with Team Leadership (a)

Your main tasks:

Personnel and professional leadership of a team
Participation in operations
Creation of deployment plans
Deputy for the Head of Technology
Maintenance of HVACSE trades
Inspections, troubleshooting, and fault correction
Supervision and support of external companies
Performing maintenance and repairs
Checking operating data and investigating possible weak points
Material orders
On-call duty

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in the HVAC field or an equivalent qualification (electrician, janitor, sanitary)
NIV15 advantageous
Experience in maintenance and service work
Leadership experience advantageous
Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends (7-day operation)
High service orientation and good appearance
Impeccable reputation
