Property Manager on the Owner's Side, Focus on Commercial Properties

About the job

We manage our own properties, predominantly in the commercial sector, throughout Switzerland. This ranges from planning and development to the management of these real estate assets. We are particularly committed to the personal care of our clients as well as the sustainable management of our portfolio.

Your tasks:

• Managing a portfolio of rental properties (excluding condominium ownership)
• Conducting viewings
• Property inspections and handovers
• Preparation of rental contracts and addenda
• Implementing rental contract changes and rent adjustments
• Monitoring and organising technical facility management
• Supervising maintenance and renovation work including minor construction projects
• Maintaining telephone, written and personal contact with partners, clients, tenants, authorities and tradespeople
• Preparation of timely heating and ancillary cost statements
• Debt collection and dunning procedures
• Independent execution of administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Preferably with a professional certificate in property management or similar training/qualifications or willingness to obtain these
• Experience in property management is essential, experience with commercial properties is desirable
• Resilient, dynamic, responsible, independent and a team player
• Native German and/or French speaker; able to communicate fluently in both languages orally and in writing, additional language skills advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Competent, customer-oriented and cooperative
• High social competence and a flair for planning and organisation
