About the job
For our new location in Burgdorf, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a:
Technician TS 80-100%
Your tasks:
- Execution planning for conversions and new buildings
- Development of construction and detail solutions
- Technical clarifications in areas such as building physics, sound insulation, etc.
- Conducting tenders, offer comparisons, price negotiations and awards
- Ensuring execution quality
- Contact with clients, contractors and specialist planners
Your profile:
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Military leadership experience
- Training as Technician TS / Structural Technician TS
- Practical experience in the main construction trade
- Confident IT skills (CAD, MS Office etc.)
- Good manners, a neat appearance and confident demeanour
