About the job
Together we build the future
Are you looking for a team that gets stuck in and sticks together? Welcome to Ammann. Yellow is our colour – team spirit our drive. On our construction sites, cohesion counts more than titles. Decision-making paths are short, your ideas are welcome.
About us
We are a construction company with around 50 employees, family-owned for six generations and strongly rooted in Central Switzerland, especially in the city and region of Lucerne. We are a reliable partner for clients and architects in renovations, customer service and refurbishment. In addition, we also realise new builds.
Your focus
The exact allocation of tasks is determined by the team, and we take into account the strengths and preferences of the individual employees as far as possible. No one has to cover everything. Tell us where your strengths lie, and we will look together at what fits best. These three options are possible for us:
- Construction management and estimation in a dual role: You take over the construction contract from the offer to the final invoice. This includes calculation and quotation, work preparation and site planning, construction and personnel management on site as well as responsibility for quality, deadlines and occupational safety.
- Focus on estimation: You estimate renovations, refurbishments, customer service work and new build projects, prepare the offers and advise customers on finding solutions. The execution on site is handled by a colleague.
- Focus on quantity surveying and billing: You take measurements from plans and on site, manage the reporting and measurement system and ensure the correct invoicing of services and additional work.
Your profile
- Education: Completed training as a construction manager or master builder, acquired in Switzerland.
- Experience: Already gained professional experience as a construction manager in building construction.
- Expertise: Sound knowledge of Swiss construction practice and relevant legislation.
- IT skills: Solid IT knowledge. We work with Sorba.
- Personality: Initiative, resilient, honest and team-oriented personality with a structured and responsible way of working.
What we offer you
- Workload: 40 to 100%, tailored together to your situation.
- Freedom: Varied activity with plenty of scope for design and short decision-making paths.
- Team: A mixed-age, well-rehearsed team where cohesion counts.
- Employment: A good salary and fair employment conditions.
- Equipment: Modern equipment, and a company vehicle is available to you.
