About the job

• Independent assembly and commissioning of sophisticated devices and assemblies for bioreactors

• Wiring, cabling and connecting electrical, electronic and electromechanical components (pre-assembly and final assembly)

• Construction and assembly of control cabinets, controls and electrical assemblies according to circuit diagrams and technical documentation

• Carrying out functional tests, measurements and systematic fault analyses

• Continuous development of assembly processes

• Close cooperation with the technology and development department in the implementation and further development of products

• Feedback of assembly experiences and improvement suggestions to technology and engineering

• Participation in the creation and optimisation of assembly instructions, test procedures and technical documentation

• Support with prototypes, experimental setups and technical changes

• Ensuring high quality and timely completion of products

• Compliance with safety, quality and documentation requirements

• Completed training as an automation assembler EFZ or automation technician EFZ

• Experience in assembly, wiring and commissioning of devices or systems

• Good knowledge of reading electrical and circuit diagrams

• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex electromechanical systems

• High quality awareness and careful working method

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
