Clinical Calcium Specialist - Switzerland and Austria

Home office based in Switzerland (ideally living near Lake Constance)

The Position 

You are a clinical specialist in the catheterisation laboratory and want to actively support the treatment of complex, heavily calcified coronary stenoses? In this role, you combine modern intravascular imaging with innovative calcium therapies – from orbital atherectomy to intravascular lithotripsy. Your goal: to precisely detect calcium, optimally assess the lesion together with the treating team and select the appropriate therapy for each patient. Present in the Cath Lab, close to the clinical team and at the forefront of modern calcium therapy!

Your Responsibilities:

• Training our customers - cardiologists and catheter lab staff on complex products, especially our portfolio for calcium detection (OCT Imaging System "Ultreon") and treatment (Atherectomy System "Diamondback" and IVL).

• Training, certification and documentation of customers on the above-mentioned complex products

• Support of interventions on site in the hospital

• Conducting continuing education events and product-related projects

• Handling complaints

• Reporting on trainings, projects and market developments

Your Qualifications:

• Completed training in healthcare, for example as a nurse, biomedical analyst or with a comparable qualification

• Experience with medical technology products through previous work in a hospital, ideally in the catheterisation laboratory or interventional radiology

• Ability to explain difficult and complex contexts clearly

• Good communication skills and strong customer orientation

• Planning and conducting continuing education events

• Good presentation techniques

• Knowledge of the structure and interpretation of clinical studies is an advantage

• Good IT user skills

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• High willingness to travel within the region
