Tasks
You teach 4 lessons on Fridays and 2 lessons on another day in team teaching with the class teacher. You have the opportunity to additionally take on 3 hours of classroom assistance. The team teaching lessons and classroom assistance hours can be scheduled in consultation with the class teacher.
You plan and design the lessons, accompany the children in their development and maintain contact with the parents in cooperation with the class teacher.
As part of the staff, it is important to you to live shared values and work constructively together.
Requirements
You have a recognised teaching qualification for primary level (or are in training for it). Independent work and a sense of responsibility are self-evident for you.
You enjoy working with children of kindergarten age and accompany them with joy, patience and empathy in their development.
Teamwork is important to you. You appreciate exchange within the class team as well as at the level or cycle and actively contribute.
You live the principles of New Authority and apply them in everyday life, you want to grow in a collegial, supportive environment and are present as a role model with patience and empathy.

Our kindergarten is an integral part of the Cycle 1 school building in Gals; we regularly spend time together, go on excursions or carry out joint projects.
