Your main tasks:

• Operating and monitoring technical systems in the HVAC area
• Conducting fault analyses and initiating targeted measures
• Regularly checking and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
• Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the HVAC or electrical field with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) 
• Further training in the HVAC field is an advantage
• Experience in managing complex building technology systems is essential
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Driver's license category B is an advantage 
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
