At Work Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job-seeking individuals on their path to employment in the primary labour market or into vocational training. The Assessment Department of Work Integration Winterthur is tasked with evaluating the professional and personal resources of job-seeking individuals. Would you like to support these people immediately or by arrangement through assessments and individual, differentiated situational analyses as well as coaching conversations? Welcome to our team!Your Tasks
- Case management in the assessment process including documentation
- Reporting for the purpose of recommending measures for professional/social integration
- Close cooperation with the referring agencies
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies
- Participation in programme development and process design
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work, preferably supplemented by further training in coaching
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
- Independent and resilient working style
- Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration within a professional team
- High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
