To strengthen and support our team (location by arrangement in Kehrsatz-Bern, Emmenbrücke-Lucerne, Wohlen AG or Zurich) we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Service Coordinator AV Technology / Media Technology.

Your tasks

• Taking over technical service cases from the service desk and accompanying the cases until completion
• Analysing the initial situation, structuring the further procedure and setting the right priorities
• Coordinating the service technicians, remote support, engineering, manufacturers, suppliers and other involved parties
• Targeted delegation of tasks and ensuring responsibilities and next steps
• Monitoring the agreed reaction, intervention and resolution times
• Ensuring professional and transparent communication with customers – even in demanding situations
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, replacement devices and RMA cases
• Ensuring seamless documentation of tickets, service data and technical information
• Situational support during system takeovers, technical clarifications or on-site deployments
• You contribute your experience and support the further development of our service processes as well as KPI and SLA evaluations

You bring with you

• A completed basic technical education or comparable practical experience, for example in the fields of media technology, event technology, electronics, electrical engineering, building automation or IT
• Experience in a technical environment, ideally with professional AV or multimedia systems
• A good overall understanding of how AV and media technology, IT and building technology interact
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to keep an overview and set clear priorities even with several parallel cases
• The ability to delegate tasks and to steer different parties purposefully even without direct leadership responsibility
• A confident and professional manner towards customers and partners
• Self-responsibility and the claim to consistently accompany topics until completion
• Very good German skills and good English skills
