Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (Spitex)

• You are primarily responsible as the case-leading nursing specialist for the nursing process in the clients' home environment
• Based on the assessment, you develop an individual care plan together with our clients and their relatives
• You carry out basic and treatment care in complex situations, act consistently and set the right priorities
• You appropriately and result-oriented involve the clients' social environment in the care
• You contribute your professional and experiential knowledge for the benefit of our clients
• You work independently and are still part of a motivated team
• You document factually, comprehensibly and completely using our electronic tools
• As the HF person responsible for the day, you accompany trainees and students

• A diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH recognised in Switzerland
• Openness and interest in the life worlds of our clients
• Broad professional knowledge and willingness to deepen it further
• Enjoyment of working and deciding independently
• Flexible thinking and acting
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in finding creative solutions
• Motivation to engage in the further development of Spitex
• Very good oral and written expression
• Open and winning personality
• Good IT user skills
• With a valid driving licence category B or you are a weatherproof cyclist
