SUISA is the cooperative of authors and publishers of music. Over 43,000 composers, lyricists and music publishers are organised in the company founded in 1923. SUISA enables music to be used publicly and ensures that the music creators are fairly paid for this use. With sister companies worldwide, it represents the rights of a total of two million authors and publishers. SUISA employs over 220 staff at the locations in Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.

The employees of the Distribution Department are responsible, among other things, for processing broadcast reports. They check and process reports from radio and TV stations and ensure their completeness and timely remuneration to our members and sister companies.

These activities inspire you

• Preparation and processing of data (Excel), as well as ensuring their quality and completeness
• Carrying out incoming checks and clarifications with broadcasting stations
• Quality control of broadcast reports
• Assistance with billing checks and distribution processes
• Professional exchange with internal and external bodies (SRG, private broadcasters, Swissperform, Film Department Lausanne)

This is what sets you apart

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent working style
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in working with data
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• High reliability, ability to work in a team and personal responsibility
• Interest in media, music or copyright issues
