Your tasks
- Support and collaboration on one of three psychotherapy wards
- First contact person for patients together with nursing staff
- Conducting acute and regular nursing therapeutic conversations
- Active shaping of the nursing-therapeutic ward environment
- Moderation of the milieu-therapeutic well-being round and co-moderation or moderation of nursing therapeutic groups (e.g., skills training for depression or sleep training)
- Responsibility in the reference person system together with nursing professionals
- Close cooperation with case-leading therapists in the core treatment team
- Participation in the focus-oriented, interdisciplinary treatment process, ward reports, rounds, and ward supervisions
Your profile
- Loyalty and constructive handling of mistakes are among your core values
- Completed master's degree in psychology
- Interest in a career in clinical psychology or psychotherapy
- Existing clinical experience that can be further deepened
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration in the team
- Reliable and careful documentation
- You need a clinical year in an SIWF-recognized institution for future independent work in the ordering model
