The Intermunicipal School Association of Genolier and Surroundings (A.I.S.G.E.), responsible for the daytime care of children from the municipalities of Arzier-Le Muids, Genolier, Givrins, St-Cergue, and Trélex, is looking for, as part of a permanent contract:
U | Assistant Director at 30% (annualized at 24.80%), combined with a position of Educator | 45% (annualized at 37.20%) for our after-school structure "La Cour des Copons" in Givrins Start date to be agreed
Your mission:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the daytime care structure of the AISGE, under the responsibility of the management of the after-school service, in accordance with cantonal directives and in compliance with the educational project
- Be responsible for the children placed, in collaboration with the management of the after-school service, during their time in the daytime care structure of the AISGE
- Ensure the quality of the work of the educational team as well as the development and well-being of it
- Develop a trusting relationship with parents and families
- You hold an ES or HES diploma and have at least 4 years of professional experience after obtaining the diploma
- Be in possession of a "CAS in team management and project management"
- You are attentive to others and your communication skills are recognized
- Your adaptability and autonomy make you a conscientious and trustworthy collaborator
- Your leadership and open-mindedness allow you to foster a team spirit
- You have a sense of responsibility, you are a motivated, organized, and versatile person
