Social Media Recruiting Interviewer (m/f/d) on an Hourly Basis

Our social recruiting for skilled workers in the electrical industry aims to create a low-threshold application process for interested candidates. To obtain all the information from applicants, a telephone interview is required as a first step. This is where you come in during these campaigns.

• You conduct structured telephone interviews with interested parties from our social recruiting campaigns.
• You document the information obtained and forward it, including your initial assessment, to our local HR teams.

• Communication is your strength
• You speak fluent Swiss German and additionally have language skills at C1 level in French and/or Italian.
• You are flexible and can create a quiet atmosphere at a work location of your choice

• 100% Remote: work from wherever you want (throughout Switzerland). We provide all the necessary equipment.
• Full flexibility: you organise your work completely yourself between 07:00 and 19:00
• You are not alone: a central contact person is available to you for all matters
• You contribute to our success: your work helps to recruit our leaders of tomorrow
• Hourly wage: CHF 30 - 35.-/h depending on experience and language skills
