Your Tasks

• You ensure professional, individual, and holistic care and support of the residents
• You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
• You recognise early changes in the residents’ health status, document these precisely, and initiate appropriate measures
• You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and key persons and are available as a competent contact person
• You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas to optimise processes

Your Profile

• A completed education as a Certified Nursing Specialist, ideally complemented by practical professional experience
• The ability to assess and manage complex care situations
• Organisational skills and willingness to take on daily responsibility in the residential area
• You have a big heart for elderly people and respect for their life stories
• Teamwork is important to you. You contribute to a positive working atmosphere with humour and helpfulness
• Good German skills are essential for communication with our residents and within the team
