Your area of responsibility:

• Our customers always receive expert and friendly advice, so they feel completely comfortable with us
• You lead and promote the employees in your department and conduct regular employee appraisals
• You monitor the department goals and take appropriate measures in consultation with the store management
• You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
• You confidently operate the cash register as well as other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure a smooth sales process
• You actively support the implementation of merchandising regulations to always present our products optimally

Our requirements:

• You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, ideally in the sports sector, are necessary
• Sound industry knowledge in the field of sports is required
• You have already gained initial experience in employee leadership
• You master the German language effortlessly; additional national languages are an advantage
• You maintain an honest and respectful interaction with employees and superiors and always keep a cool head even in special sales situations and hectic times
