The Humanitas AG nursing home in Riehen offers elderly, demented and multimorbid patients a secure home. Based on our care philosophy, we ensure professional, evidence-based and high-quality nursing. To further develop our nursing practice, we are looking for a committed nursing expert specialising in nursing development and practice coaching.
YOUR MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional responsibility for nursing development: Professional support, evaluation and continuous improvement of the overall nursing quality in the facility.
- Concept & standard work: Development, implementation and review of evidence-based nursing concepts, guidelines and quality standards.
- Coaching & case discussions: Professional coaching of the nursing team in complex care situations as well as leading interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Training & practical instruction: Planning and conducting practical training and courses for staff of all training levels.
- Nursing process & quality assurance: Ensuring high quality in the nursing process, supporting assessments (e.g. RAI-NH) and audits.
- Projects & networks: Participation in internal and external expert groups as well as involvement in future-oriented development projects.
YOUR PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
Professional requirements
- Qualified nurse (tertiary level HF/FH or MSc/BSc in Nursing Science).
- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in long-term care / geriatrics.
- In-depth expertise in nursing development & quality management (e.g. CAS).
- Sound knowledge of the nursing process & assessment tools or willingness to learn (RAI-NH).
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as proficient IT skills.
