Plant Operator in 3-Shift System 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Machine expert: You ensure that our paper processing plants run smoothly. You operate, monitor and control your plant and always have quality, performance and production targets under control.
• Optimiser: Standard is not enough for you. You carry out product changes and adjustments, adapt settings and constantly find ways to make processes even better and more efficient.
• Quality assurer: Nothing escapes you. You check the quality directly at the plant, detect deviations early and ensure that our products deliver what they promise.
• Troubleshooter: When things get tricky, you are in your element. You pitch in, find pragmatic solutions and help to make our production a little better every day.

Profile

• Training & experience: You have completed training as a plant operator or a basic technical training in the mechanical or electrical field. Experience in shift work? Even better.
• Technical skills: Machines, technology and production plants are exactly your thing. You want to understand how they work and like to get involved yourself.
• Language & IT: You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written) and navigate easily in common MS Office applications.
• Personality: You think ahead, take responsibility and enjoy working in a team. You are reliable.
• Shift willingness: Early, late or night? No problem for you. We basically work in a 3-shift system, occasionally also in a 4-shift system if needed.
