The Company

Arthur Bründler AG is an established Swiss SME specialising in the trade of wood and metalworking machines as well as first-class service.

Our spare parts service ensures daily that our customers and service technicians receive the required spare parts quickly and reliably. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual.

Your Tasks

• Receiving and processing spare parts enquiries and orders from our customers and service technicians
• Ordering spare parts from suppliers at home and abroad
• Monitoring and tracking delivery dates
• Preparing and following up on quotations for spare parts
• Recording and maintaining material master data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with service coordination, service technicians, customers and production plants

Your Profile

• Completed training in logistics or technical field
• Experience in spare parts, internal service or technical customer service is an advantage
• Technical flair and interest in machines and systems
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Good ERP and MS Office skills
• Good German skills, communicative in English
