For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for an experienced personality to further develop our certification and testing department. You will shape structures in the area of product certifications and approvals from the very beginning and be primarily responsible for ensuring that Condair Group products meet the required standards and regulations. To do this, you will work closely with external testing bodies as well as with our internal international development and specialist departments. YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for product certifications, approvals, and system tests
- Evaluation and analysis of relevant standards and guidelines
- Planning, coordination, execution, and/or support of conformity and system tests
- Creation and maintenance of the necessary technical documentation
- Close cooperation with external testing laboratories and certification bodies worldwide
- Support of our development teams with your expertise in standards, regulations, and system tests
- Early involvement in projects to ensure compliance requirements from the outset
- Analysis of test results and derivation of measures
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or comparable (ETH/University/FH)
- Experience in product certification, product testing, product development, or regulatory affairs in an industrial environment
- Experience with standards and certifications (e.g., CE, UL, VDI, DVGI)
- Enjoy working with external testing bodies and internal specialist departments
- Structured and independent working style combined with pragmatism and a hands-on mentality
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills in German and English
