Your Tasks
- Leadership, support and development of group leaders as well as the employees of patient hospitality
- Responsibility for duty planning, time recording, holiday planning and absence management
- Conducting employee interviews, assessments and support in recruitment
- Ensuring and monitoring the defined quality, hygiene and process standards on the wards
- Organisation of training and active participation in operational activities to ensure a high level of service quality
Your Profile
- Completed training (EFZ) with professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy
- Further training at the level of professional examination in hospitality, housekeeping or facility management
- Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally in upscale hospitality or healthcare
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as high social competence
- Proficient in MS Office as well as high resilience, flexibility and reliability
