About the job

• You lead the directly subordinate employees in the cleaning team based on performance, behaviour and development goals and ensure optimal deployment planning.
• You organise, coordinate and control the daily building cleaning and ensure a high quality of service.
• You organise and coordinate the daily mail process.
• You support the Facility Services team management in administrative tasks and on-site coordination.
• You independently take care of minor maintenance and repair work in tenant fit-outs, on operating equipment and furniture.
• You organise and coordinate external maintenance and repair work, obtain quotes, compare and evaluate them, and check work reports.
• You care for plants indoors and outdoors and contribute to a well-maintained environment.
• You commission the water feature annually, check the technology, clean the water basin and monitor the water quality.
• You operate, monitor and control building technical systems, the building management system as well as safety technology systems (fire alarm system).
• You conduct regular inspection rounds, are present on site and actively support during alarms and emergencies.

• You have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or a technical or manual basic training.
• You bring several years of professional experience and ideally first leadership experience in the field of building cleaning, facility management or technical service.
• You have experience in leading, motivating and developing employees. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• You communicate confidently in German and convince with a service-oriented and reliable way of working. You enjoy contact with internal and external stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
• You are characterised by flexibility, organisational talent and a high degree of personal responsibility.
