Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

REISS Schweiz AG is a wholesaler for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technology and a partner of professional refrigeration and air conditioning installers throughout Switzerland.

From the construction site and service assignments to the office?
We deliberately give practitioners the chance to make the step into the office. You bring the technical knowledge, we teach you the administrative tasks.

Your role

• Technical advice to our customers and design of components
• Creation and processing of offers and orders in the ERP system
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Professional and service-oriented customer support
• Accompanying customer enquiries from the first question to successful implementation
• Direct exchange with manufacturers, suppliers and partners

Your profile

• Training in the refrigeration industry or building technology
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites or in service
• Good technical understanding
